• These terms apply to all use of the website, including browsing, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, and purchases.
• We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use after publication of an update constitutes acceptance.
• The site is intended for users aged 18 and over. Purchases by minors require parental consent.

2. Products and Services

The website offers:

• Business coaching, consulting, and lecture services – by direct arrangement
• Physical and digital books – available in the online store
• Blog content – free to read

Images and descriptions are for illustration purposes. We aim to keep stock information up to date but cannot guarantee availability at all times.

3. Registration, Forms & Newsletter

• Submitting false or misleading personal information is prohibited.
• Newsletter subscription requires explicit consent; you may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
• We will not share your contact details with third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to our business.

4. Orders and Payment

• Purchases can be made by credit card or PayPal.
• An order is confirmed upon completion of payment; a confirmation will be sent to your provided email address.
• Prices in Israel are listed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT as required by law. International prices are displayed in the applicable currency.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing error or out-of-stock items; a full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Shipping

Physical products:

• Israel: orders dispatched within 7 business days of payment confirmation.
• International (including USA): delivery within 14–21 business days depending on destination.
• Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
• Risk of loss passes to the shipping carrier upon handoff; we are not liable for carrier delays or losses.

Digital products:

• The digital file (PDF / ebook) will be delivered to your email address immediately upon payment confirmation.

6. Cancellations and Returns

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741-1981):

Physical products:

• You may cancel an order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product has not been opened or used.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except in cases of defect.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Digital products:

• Once the file has been downloaded or accessed, cancellation is not available under Israeli law, unless a technical defect is found.

• All content on this site – texts, images, logo, names, books, and software – is the exclusive property of Alon Roth, unless otherwise noted.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Jerusalem district.
